These terms cover the Torvera Group LLC automotive service-request portal and its appointment and service-status SMS program.

Business identity and registered SMS brand

Torvera Group LLC was formerly named SMOVE RENTALS LLC. SMOVE RENTALS is the registered brand name used for our SMS messaging registration. Torvera Group and Torvera Auto are the customer-facing names for our business and automotive services. References to SMOVE RENTALS and Torvera Group in this SMS program refer to the same business.

Service requests

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or authorize repair work. Appointments and final estimates are subject to review and confirmation. Provide accurate contact and vehicle details and upload only content you are authorized to share.

SMOVE RENTALS / Torvera Group SMS program

When you check the optional SMS checkbox and submit the booking form, you consent to receive text messages from SMOVE RENTALS (Torvera Group) about your automotive service appointments, reminders, and service-status updates at the number you provide. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Optional consent

The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may submit a service request without opting in to texts.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@torveragroup.com. For other contact options, visit the booking portal.

Delivery

Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this program for emergencies.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle service-request information and SMS consent. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
